About Us
dBm Ingenieros (legal name Dual Beam Merger Ingenieros) is located in the city of Madrid, Spain, well known as a center of technology and the location for a number of nationally known high-tech, telecom and IT (e.g. Telefónica, Indra) companies.
The core of our business has always been the development of automation software for telecom testing labs. In 2008 we got the opportunity to become a member of the network of Telefónica External Laboratories and we started providing specialized services in relation with the ADSL technology and TR-069. While performing this work, we realized two facts: on one side it was a very repetitive and cumbersome work; and on the other hand, there was a big rotation of experienced engineers, so it was difficult to count with a team of skilled and specialized technicians performing this job without losing the know-how. With that insight, our company addressed the challenge and began designing and developing affordable software tools that could be used to solve the most common problem in CPE testing around the TR-069 protocol.
Our tools are intended to help Telecom Operators, CPE Vendors and ACS Manufacturers to test thoroughly the correct behavior of the TR-069 CPE functionality.
Mission
Our mission is to develop affordable-cost, easy-to-use tools that professionals and non-professionals alike can use to solve real-world problems related to TR-069 protocol in a CPE. We are passionate about our business and work and take satisfaction knowing our products continue helping people to solve TR-069 problems, which allows them to enjoy and better appreciate this great protocol.
Looking Ahead...
The world of TR-069 has an enormous growth and keeps evolving. Troubleshooting problems related to TR-069 protocol will remain challenging to solve. We keep striving to develop innovative, affordable solutions to help our customers succeeding in identifying TR-069 problems and develop strategies to solve them. There will always be new, better, more cost-effective ways to solve problems -- so, we will keep working"full steam ahead!"
