José María Molina   Chief Executive Officer

José María is a T&M passionate engineer. He built his entire career around T&M, sales, product design, product management. As a telecom engineer he is able to focus any problem from a very technical point of view, and this is the way he likes to lead the company, allways trying to develop the best technical solution. Always willing to partner with other companies to develop win-win business relationships, built on loyalty and integrity. He is a perfectionist who enjoys playing clasical guitar, skiing, climbing... and is also passionate about Apple and North Face products.

Ruth Meléndez   Business Development Director

Ruth developed her career in various multinational companies such as Repsol, Schlumberger and Atos Origin. Her experience in technical and management  positions, combined with her scientific background as a doctor in Physics, gives her the ability to understand what the market demands and how to materialize this in a product or service. She is an expert in optimization and has been involved in several EU projects conducting groups comprised of companies, universities, and scientific goverment departments. Ruth plays piano, enjoys writing, and is an experienced skier, who is outgoing, open minded, and always willing to discover and learn from other cultures.

Javier Jiménez  Technology Development Director

Javier is an electrical and software engineer with nearly 30 years of experience in HW & SW tools development, as well as designing  Quality Control / Quality of Experience probes and test instruments for the telecom market. He has directed the technology development department at dBm since the very beginning. He has previously worked in some other well known Spanish engineering companies where he was involved in projects for major telecom companies such as Telefónica, Madritel (now ONO), Euskaltel, etc.  He is an expert in transforming complex and cumbersome procedures into affordable and easy to execute tasks by developing friendly and ergonomic tools. His main hobby is hiking and he also loves snorkel to discover underwater treasures.
